Background
ENOW was founded in 2000 by Alan Healy.

Alan has expertise in strategy, finance, project management & negotiation, having worked for/with private equity companies, Goldman Sachs, Capita plc, RTÉ, and various start-up & established businesses.

When assignments include a significant marketing element, Kerri Nolan joins the ENOW team. Kerri has experience in marketing an array of products around the world. Companies worked for include: Kerrygold, Mattel, Tesco and Digicel.


Breadth of Skills
The engineer will see your business problem from a product angle; the accountant will see only margins; while the management consultant will seek match your problem to the boiler-plate solution of her service.

But good business decisions require that many conflicting factors are taken into account. Our breadth of skills ensures you get the best commercial advice, not one biased towards a particular area of expertise. Not only that, but we can help you implement that advice.


No Substitutes
When you engage ENOW, Alan and/or Kerri work directly with with you and your company, like interim managers. This is unlike other large consultancies or accounting firms where you may agree a project with a partner, but find all the work farmed out to a junior.

Some projects may require specialty skills (e.g. trademark lawyers, tax accountants etc). If your company has relationships in these areas, we will work with your contacts. Where there are gaps, we can call in specific experts with whom we have long-standing relationships.
